No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), a special consumer guarantee desk is established in telematic form at email@example.com, at which clients of professional services can turn in the event of disputes with individual professionals, as well as obtain information regarding professional activities in general and the quality standards they require of members.
AIOSS, moreover, has adopted a code of ethics that provides ethical and behavioral principles and rules, with corresponding disciplinary sanctions in case of violation, which every AIOSS professional is obliged to observe.
